- questions to ask while reflecting!
when to reflect is as simple as breaking it down to 2 things big or small questions. I think big questions should be quarterly, semi yearly or yearly and smaller questions should be daily, weekly, or monthly. the quicker you ask the quicker you can improve
Where to reflect is a personal decision. this decision should made based on a couple decisions
- where can you get distraction free
- where can you go consistently
- Dont be afraid to change if its not working
Questions to ask is the next big thing
- what is my biggest asset
- What is my biggest liability
- whats my best habit
- whats my worst habit
- what is most fulfilling to me
The next questions ask more often
- What did i do well
- what did i not do well
- what do i need to focus on
