6 easy steps to master your next conference

it is conference season, and this year it will be unique, we will do them virtually.  use these 6 easy steps to get the most out of any conference you attend.

1. have goals-  if you know me you know everything needs to be around your goals it is no different when you attend a conference.   here are some goals to think about having
   1. have a goal to hit a specific skill or topic of need
   2. now many people do you want to meet
   3. how many speakers do you want to hear
   4. which exhibitors do you want to hear
2. learn about the event
3. have a digital business card
4. pick your network opportunities
5. take notes
6. have a follow up plan

In your event you have control of the event.   go there with an agenda and be intentional with your time.

Treat virtual conferences like you were going there in person!
